The island

Also known as ‘Elephant’ island, Koh Chang is located on Thailand’s eastern sea board near the Cambodian border and is the 2nd largest island next to Phuket.  On December 31st 1982 it was designated the prestigious status of a Marine National Park and it still retains its natural beauty.  There are mountains which are still covered in lush tropical rain forest and also waterfalls to take a cool swim.  An archipelago of 52 islands it is a diver’s haven with the majority of the outer islands untouched by man.
